Behold the beauty that keeps your coffee maker up at night: The Yama Syphon Vacuum Brewer. A recent gift from my wife, this bad boy makes coffee smooth like Miles Davis at night in Tunisia. While I prefer the silty grit of a french press, I am happy to now own this science project looking thing. Its been on the wish list for a while.  Needless to say, our Cuisinart Grind & Brew is looking for a new home. Any takers?
