SBUX challenge

I took the Starbucks challenge yesterday. It is outlined thus: They bet that you can’t tell the difference between VIA instant coffee and their Pikes place roast.


The challenge is patently insane. You would think Starbucks would know better than to compare their flagship blend to a slightly above average instant coffee. 


The Barista served the VIA first and I instantly recognized it by its acrid smell and odd color. Trying not to embarrass the barista I refrained from commenting until the end.


All in all, a bad idea on SBUX part
